Personal
“I see people every day that have a certain something; be it a look or a personality. I want to take these people to a place of visual emotion that they didn't even know existed in them. This is how great images are fashioned.”
Jason often opens his studio to people interested in creating fine art photography: sometimes at discounted rates or even time for CDs. If you are interested in creating visually stunning works of art with Jason please contact the studio for more information.
All the work under personal is available for purchase as either a limited edition 32 x 48 framed and matted Giclee print for $500 (edition size on all images is 10). Or non limited edition 11 x 17 print for $50. Shipping is extra. Please call or email Jason Myers Photography for more information
Copyright
A frequent assumption regarding photography is, "I’ve paid for the photographs, I own them and should be able to do anything I wish with them." On the contrary, under the Federal Copyright Law the ownership of the images rests with the photographer. Photographers and clients enter into an agreement for the creation and usage of the images. Physical possession of photographic material, such as slides, prints, transparencies, or digital files does not confer ownership or the right to resell the images.
